Wandsworth Twins Club party means action-packed advent

WOW! What a busy couple of days we've had. Not only a visit from Nanny and Grandad, but also the Wandsworth Twins Club Christmas Party AND a Christmas get-together with our pal Leila (and Rex too, but he was asleep).

This meant today was a baby marathon: after an impromptu visit from our Bristol buggy pals Josh and Ollie, who dropped in this morning, we went onto a slap-up Sunday roast at The Railway, Streatham Common (if you're in the area, definitely check it out - they do AMAZING baby/child portions.)

Then we hopped on the train to Battersea Park, via Balham (where Mummy made a mad dash for raffle tickets) and then onto the One O'Clock Club for the WTC Christmas get-together. We were a bit defuddled, but were drawn into the merriment of musical entertainment from  Tin Pan Annie, and enjoyed picking up wrapping paper after a visit from Father Christmas.

There was a great raffle, with a top prize of a photoshoot from Nadia Swindell (who also snapped the event), as well as prizes from Little Legs Company, Cupcake, Trotters, Estee Lauder, Babymel, Twins UK, Jojo Maman Bebe and, oh, our Daddy, who gave a personal training session! Well, mummy did help organise it!

After a picnic tea we headed to The Calf in Clapham Old Town (friendly but no highchairs) to meet Leila and Rex and assorted grown-ups. We got lots of lovely presents, including Little People from Leila, and brilliant pop-up books and fancy dress Christmas bibs.

It was a good day, but Mummy and Daddy are NOT going to ever pack so much action into one day again EVER!
